Created on September 26, 2018 by nine founding cities, the National Association of Welcoming Cities and Territories (ANVITA) brings together local authorities, groups of authorities and elected officials who work for unconditional reception policies, including exiled populations and for hospitality in our territories.

Today, the association includes about 50 local authorities and groups and counts on the membership of forty individual members (local elected officials and parliamentarians). Each member must adhere to the values of the ANVITA charter, based on unconditional welcome.

ANVITA is a real network for the exchange of practices. It helps you to capitalize on your own practices and to discover those undertaken by other member communities or feedback from outside the network, in France and abroad.

ANVITA coordination is a real space for political mobilization, and together with its members it builds a common advocacy strategy to defend dignified hospitality in our territories and better participation of local authorities in national hospitality policies.
